SIMPLYBAMI COLLABORATES WITH THISBLACKWOMAN ON: THE FEMINIST HANDBOOK

by - May 15, 2019

Hello lovelies, it's been a minute. I apologize for the long break. Yeah, I know I posted an article on Saturday which you should totally check out by the way. I'm referring to being missing in action for the past two months. But the good news is, I'm back and better. I remember stating clearly when the blog clocked a year that I would be introducing different contents to the blog to keep you spellbound. Well, since I'm not one to go back on my words, it's finally time to unveil what you all have been waiting for. A Collaboration is happening on the blog soon and I'm so excited about it. I'm sure you're all surprised about this, but trust me on this one guys, you are going to thoroughly enjoy this.

Who exactly is this person I'm collaborating with? It is no other person than Aminat Sanni Kamal of thisblackwoman.com.ng. You must have heard of her in the blogging world because she started her blogging career in 2015 though with a different blog address:aminatawastories.com, which she had shut down for reasons best known to her to start this new amazing blog of thisblackwoman.com.ng. Aminat is a lawyer, writer, lifestyle blogger, content creator and the founder of  Kilali which is an online community founded for empowering women. She is an unapologetic feminist who is really vocal about the subjugation of women.

We decided to do a collaboration in order to enlighten so many people out there about the ideology of Feminism which most people have just vague comprehension about. The theme of this collaboration is titled: The Feminist Handbook. This is going to span for just four weeks, where we will be dissecting different issues about feminism. Simply put, it is going to be your weekly guide to surviving in this patriarchal society. Yes, I can hear how excited you are about this.

This collaboration is going to be so much fun. We are not going to bore you to death because you all must have been hearing about feminism for a while now. Rather, we will make this as interactive as possible for you to also share your views with us. The articles will be posted on the blog every Friday, so, save the date.

I'm sure you are looking forward to this collaboration. Don't forget to tell your friends about it, and keep reminding them to save the date.
